VIP Service

In EuroMediCare Hospital each patient deciding to undergo plastic surgery is assigned an individual assistant whose responsibility is to make the patient feel comfortable and organise his or her stay in the hospital.
Starting with the very first contact with us, the assistant answers all questions, helps in planning appointments with doctors and the overall stay in our hospital. The assistant is also responsible for providing whatever might be necessary for a comfortable stay. After surgery s/he stays in touch with the patient, providing help until the last check-up.

At patient's request we organise:

  • transport to/from the airport, bus or train station (for patients from outside Wrocław)
  • transport to/from dressing change procedure and after treatment check-ups
  • accommodation in an apartment/hotel for the duration of stay in Wrocław
  • help in free-time organisation (sightseeing, shopping)
  • help in acquiring special underwear needed after some treatments


Each of our patients is treated like a VIP, with discretion and feeling of safety guaranteed and we make every effort to ensure our patients’ full satisfaction.
