1. How does a breast enlargement operation affect breast feeding?
The operation of implant insertion (breast enlargement) does not damage mammary glands. The gland is lifted and the implant is inserted underneath. The important fact is, that pregnancy or rather lactation affect breasts, unpredictably changing their shape and size. That is why potential pregnancy should be taken into account when deciding on breast enlargement operation.
2. Is a complete scar removal possible?
A complete scar removal is not possible. A scar can be diminished or its appearance can be improved, so it's more aesthetically acceptable. However, there is always a mark.
3. Is the Macroline breast enlargement method better than regular implants?

Both places are good. The decision depends on the thickness of subcutaneous layer. Slim patients with very thin subcutaneous layer choose under muscle placement. On the other hand For patients doing active sports which make extensive use of chest muscles (tennis, swimming) under gland placement seems to be a better choice.
5. Which agent should be used for lip enhancement for a persistent effect? What method and agent are recommended?
There is not an easy answer to this question. There are so called permanent fillers, and after using them the effect holds for many years. However, more and more new reports appear which describe complications after using such permanent fillers. Fillers based on hialuron acid, which is a natural part of human tissue, are much safer.
6. Do implants have to be periodically exchanged?
The implants are made of non-biodegradable materials, so they don't 'wear out'. However, enlarged breasts behave like natural big breasts. The skin stretches with time and so called 'sagging' can occur. That is why it is important to take proper care of the 'new' breasts, mainly through wearing appropriate bras.
7. How long is the recovery period after a facelift? When can I go back to active sports, normal lifestyle?
Patients undergoing face wrinkle treatment, or 'face lift' can go back to doing active, non-professional sports 3-4 weeks after the treatment. A bit later, 6-8 weeks, swimming is allowed, but long exposure of freshly healed cuts to water is not advisable.
8. Are the effects of liposuction visible at once?
Immediately after the fatty removal treatment it is possible to make preliminary assessment of results. However, the final effect is visibly only after a few weeks or even months. Swelling must subside and skin on the operated areas must contort.
9. Can a small child undergo an ear correction surgery?
Sticking out ears can be corrected at the age of 7, when ears stop growing. However, when deciding upon such surgery, the child's needs must be the most important, not the parents'. Even though the actual treatment is completely painless, it still is very stressful for the child.
10. What complications are possible after a major abdominal plastic surgery? Is such a treatment dangerous?
Yes, complications may be possible after this surgery. But it is true about any surgery. The bigger the treatment, the bigger the risk. After an abdominal surgery, haematoma might appear, swellings may persist for some time, the wound may fail to heal properly, skin loss and infections may occur. These are not complications, but results of surgery. That is why it is so important for the patient to cooperate with his doctor and strictly follow their instructions.
